- If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 2 days, from the date of recieving the product to issue a refund and return.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
* The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
* Customer should record a video footage while opening the Damaged product at first time. Otherwise, there is no return with that product.
* If the product is already damaged while open it at first time, the we provide return or refunds after confirmation and verifications.
* For Electronic and Electrical related antique products get damaged or any technical issues may happen then it will fully responsible on customer who bought that. But We suggest repair facilities for that damaged product then you will repair it by paying charges.
* Where these electronic related products were already damaged before you recieve it, then you claim refund or return with proper video footage of opening the package.
* For every claim and returns customer must have an video proof while opens it.
Shipping
- Old Chettinad Crafters is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
